Product Strategy and Management
With over two years of experience managing online gaming servers, 6 months as product planner at Tencent and having done a large amount of product management work at Xiaomi, getting involved with product strategy and management is almost second-nature to me. It didn't take long for the CEO to realize that I had a deep and all-rounded understanding of both Nreal's product and the international community of tech enthusiasts (likely our first point of penetration). I was quickly brought into meetings concerning general product strategy.
Other than that, I also worked as a product manager on the following tasks:

I followed the Nreal SDK documentation progress and made sure all documentation drafts were done on time by the devs.

I organized the Nreal evangelist program. The evangelists also helped with debugging the SDK and documentation before SDK launch.

I produced a product requirement document and helped implement Nreal Emulator with the software developers.
